Shipping and returns

Orders placed before 2 pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped the same day by the chosen delivery method. COVID Update – Due to unprecedented demand and reduced fulfillment team numbers we cannot currently guarantee same-day shipping on orders placed before 2pm. Whilst this will still be our target it may be that it will take 1-2 working days before we can process and ship your order.

We only ship to UK and EU countries.

Free delivery is offered on UK orders by Royal Mail 1st class and 2nd class mail. We also provide alternative delivery options for those wanting a different service, as well as catering for EU overseas destinations.

We currently have the following shipping option set up within the UK:

  • 1st / 2nd Class TR: Royal Mail standard mail – £ 2.75
  • Royal Mail First class tracked mail. £ 3.50

FREE ABOVE – £50

For EU overseas orders we have 2 options:

  • Europe Airmail TR: Royal Mail Standard airmail without tracking or signature. £4.13
  • Europe Airmail Tracked TR: Royal Mail Standard airmail with tracking. £8.96

FREE ABOVE – £80

Please note: the ‘TR’ in the shipping method name is an internal reference and does NOT mean that it is tracked.

The delivery times provided during checkout are estimates as most delivery service times are not guaranteed by the mail provider. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts we cannot control delivery times once an order has been shipped.

Please be aware that as covid-19 continues to impact services mail delivery times are volatile at the moment. Many orders are getting through in a timely fashion but we are experiencing volatility, with some orders taking 14 days or more to arrive. On standard services please try not to contact us unless your order has still not been delivered 10 days after shipment.
